Spring Onions are simply typical onions harvested early in spring. They’re smaller, brighter, and the greens are usable. The aroma of Spring Onion Salt is what you would expect from onion powder, but with an herby touch; it reminds me of ranch seasoning. With a vibrant green color, Spring Onion Salt adds a nice visual pop as a garnish. Use on popcorn, potatoes, grilled meats, roasted veggies, or anywhere you might use onion powder (just mind the extra salt that’s along for the ride).
