Yellow (late) Spring Onions

These are the same as the spring onions received in the last share, just with a couple more weeks of growth. Its fun how much variety there can be just based on when its harvested. Instead of looking like scallions, now the onions are closer to the size of shallots. The greens at this point in the season are bit unwieldy so I didn’t include them (although, you might see them make a reappearance).

Use as you would shallots, or regular yellow onions.
